What will you do?
With the more than 300 homes we manage, you can assume that repairs and maintenance work is always happening. We also do (small-scale) renovations in homes. You do this both independently and together with your four colleagues from our technical department. No day is the same!
- Noting and if possible independently solving leaks, clogs, heating and electrical problems. If you can’t solve it yourself, your colleagues in the office will bring in an outside party to do so;
- All kinds of jobs, such as installing walls, laying floors, painting, assembling furniture and much more;
- Furnishing and vacating homes completely and replenishing or replacing inventory;
- Maintain good contact with your colleagues in the office regarding the progress of your schedule;
In short, you make sure the homes are equipped with everything and that complaints are resolved. A valuable and indispensable part of our work! The properties are mainly located in the Southwest region.
Where are you going to do this?
Bright has a nice and close team of 15 colleagues and is looking for you! Every day we enjoy working on renting out properties for foreign staff. When you step in on Monday morning, we start the week with a well-cooked breakfast. The rest of the week we bang on non-stop to deliver the great service clients expect from us. We have short lines of communication, a positive work mentality and we love to socialize. Especially our Friday afternoon drinks are always very sociable 😉
What do you need
What we expect from you? Technical insight and work experience. A good work mentality, ‘don’t dick around’ attitude and of course you can work well independently and punctually. A few job requirements:
- With your work experience, you have gained technical knowledge and are at home in all fields;
- You are fit because sometimes a washing machine has to be brought up;
- No job is too crazy for you, you enjoy doing highly varied work;
- You possess a driver’s license;
- You are reliable and can handle well the freedom you get with us.
